Can anybody here give me some indication or help me finish a project :

WeatherMonitor ( To write a client / server management (eg, listing, modification, deletion) weather information for a given area. On a separate port will have the opportunity to update information about local weather and plenty of places in the area considered ) ?

I have to finish it until tomorrow or I will get expelled.

I'm talking here about Computer Networks , and my teacher doesn't waste time explaining , but even so , she checks the program with the one from the last year , so if she founds something that looks alike , I'm finished.
