questions about hlapex

first of all

can i use the npc buffer (at some servers) instead of the newbie buffer to stuck buffs?

or is there any other way to stuck buffs after 25 lvl?

also is there any packet or something to change the basic stats? (for example str,con...)

str, con I THINK can be changed fron the RequestCharacterCreate packet ( when you create a character ) See topic : something usefull for hLaPEx users... . Also the bug for newbie buffer works at npc buffers too, but if he does many buffs each time you send a package it lags too easy.

about the stats...

i saw the thread but it only says about what r the packages that client sends when u create char

how i have to change the packages to edit the stats?what pack to send?
