- Blessed enchant rate changed to 77%

- Normal enchant rate 85%

- Increased RB drop event coins to 30-50

- Increased reuse surrender to wind

- Added drop adena at newbie zones

Look. It's easy. Slab wants to have a crew that speaks his language, a crew witch opinion doesn't matter, and over all a crew that doesn't ask questions. That are the main reasons this server is dead.
