Peronally I would suggest you use Notepad++ as it is one of the best editors you can get for free. When you install the program, select the option to make it your default HTML editor when each time you want to edit something in Eclipse just double click on it and Notepad++ will be used.

 

If you do not want to use Notepad++ then you can right-click on the file, choose Open With and select Text Editor to use Eclipse's built in editor.
