So i am showing you server which has very nice features and will have a lot of ppl online :)          I am going there with 3 Constant parties (CP)  +- :)

The problem with those servers for the non russians is that admins don't really give a f**k about us etc..! Russian servers are most of the times well made and have experienced dev team (I'm talking about L2off servers) but you won't see an english speaking community or clan worth mentioning there! They don't really care about advertising their project in english forums etc because they don't rely on non-russian players!  Like QuaQ said, they expect thousands so they don't even bother adding engilsh websites etc, so its really not International server... If you have your clan of friends to make a cp then you can join, otherwise don't bother..!
