2)i saw my name somewhere about admin staffie.i was about to quit ,to focus more on my university studies  and let new guys get my place after 5 years of globalship 8) !!! but i postponed at least til christmas in order to assist the team .so im not eager to get admin privs or so just to get more headaches or bomb me for things i wont get paid for.

Being admin wants responsibility, You will not change any theme or you will not add any mod package. There are simple things that are more difficult to understand if you never been admin. I think that he just got tired.
