He still can manage to get his account back by reporting it as a stolen one?

when the players ask for it riot requests mail,date creation of the account,credit cards  etc.

 

as i mentioned before NOT all members do that.thats why when we sell/buy acc we give or demand the mails in case of that. 8)

Well I'm ready to buy an account with the stats based on my first post.

If you guys have any around 1800 elo, I'm ready for the trade.

The price i give can be different according to the number of champions and skins and games played in this season.

Eu east or west does not really matter, if it's on east, i will transfer it to west.
