Those are the things I don't like on your server.

- +30 too high (for me)

- crystals scrolls only from bosses, so solo players..? what will they do ? enchant with

  90%? to +30 ? never..

- Ok about customs, but 12% it's high imo.. make it 8% or even 6%..

- So...with this shield tanks will be even more unkillable and we'll start seeing daggers

  with shields :P

- Ah... why would you do this :// tattoos like those always bring unbalance
