because it is a state of mind. lineage 2 was never balanced. it is all about gear, weapons and ofc the right setup + skill.

 

try to reduce damages (not via adding pdef - mdef.. there is another way to do it) to get longer pvp's and players wont even notice, that it is actually the same as before.
