There's a game where you begin as a microorganism and you are eating other microorganisms until you become big. After you become big you start turning into an organism. After some gameplay you go away from the water and you start walking and it keeps going until you are becoming a human probably. I can't remember it's name. By the way, after you can walk on ground you can customize your being. There also other beings which you can fight and kill them or reqruit them in your team and you have your own species and blah blah blah.
