Problem with Phx 3.18 in interlude

Hello! Im having a problem when using phx 3.18 on a interlude server:

When i log in, i see all packets in phx, but each 20 seconds or so i get disconected from server... whats the problem? maybe phx configs?

 

Edit: I see a window in game which says: "you are not using the original system, so you will be kicked in some seconds..." how to bypass that? is server-side related? its says protection is by vote-games.com
