Need help getting server to work for my friends

I cant get my server to work for my friends i did the no ip thing but it wont work like the server comes up but no one can get on. can someone help me with this?

You don't have the basic understanding of the subjects involved with running a server. What I'm thinking is:

 

1) Your no-ip points to port 80, not the port of the login server

2) You didn't open the ports in your router.
