you mean race selection in that menu when - Login plz waiting, agreement, choose server,

choose player, create player,

 

and here it is the window with - arh man choose the damn race?

i think you need to use L2Packetviewe(also know as L2PacketHack)

simply to see what packets server sending to you,

 

and then when you know what packets you simply editing them by changing the source code of server engine. core.
