Fortresses flag - don't pickup

Hello .. i got problem with fortresses flag...

 

Everything works correct... but when is the time to get the flag...player cant pick up..

(Player is leader of clan (lvl5) without other fortress or castle)

 

Does anybody know how to fix it?
