NEED HELP IN CLIENT (Freya/H5) INTERFACE LANGUAGE (NOT TOTALLY ENGLISH)

Guys, I have this problem I download some system folder here (Freya/H5) to my surprise the interface is a mixed of alien language (language other English LOL!) and an english. Can somebody share some ideas how to change the language of an interface or link maybe somebody might posted a guide already or if you are kind enough can you share where can I get a fresh freya system (English). Big tanx ^^,
