Facebook Application

I want to know if someone is capable of making a facebook application which works like this:

 

Application's name:

See who's the celebrity you look like.

 

Application's operation:

When we made the application, we made a list with pictures of celebrities and then the application chooses one RANDOMLY and makes a photo album.

You have to like the page and the application will appear after 5 seconds.

If someone could help me with this, I would appreciate it really much.
