L2 C4 Server LOGIN

I have problem with L2 C4 Server when i login to ID (when choosing server) Here Ping are 9999/Traffic are Down ! What are problem ?

I think you have done a bad installation, read a guide about how to install L2J servers.

Man do you have one l2 c4 server wich is worching to open the game !

Got a little problem too ... i start login and game server... all work fine.. when i go in l2.exe.. put account and pass .. nothing happens.. but in login server show me that my ip try to flood... why i cant log in ??? PM me if u can plz
