Dupe Without Packets

Is there any way to dupe items without using packets becouse the C4 server i play on has packet protection?

 

If there is could someone tell me one?

Actually there is, that's why we don't know it, as it is known amongst reliable people and it is fixed on about lower than 10%.A friend of mine told me that he knows it but he won't tell me bcuz it's still not fixed on the majority of the servers.
