Hi, what about start an fresh server and after X time merge the 2x server?

I think its not bad idea, but its just in my oppinion.

 

Well, every server that merged a fresh server with an old one, did it because either was doomed to failure. This absolute rule in private server history, makes me hate thinking about it.

Regarding opening a new server, it is something we already discuss/ plan, still we need to take good care of our current server, something that I believe it is impossible. Currenty, RaidFight x4, is run by 2 GM/Administrators/Dev and 1 Forum Moderator. A new GM will come next week. As you can see, we are not a big team and our human resources are very limited. I, personally, run a company right now and I have a lot of issues to take care so I am not as active as I would like to be (and I feel guilty about it) and Zealar (Dev/GM) is studying university and I do not want to push him (Uni has priority after all). The Moderator we have (FallenCrow) is pretty active and is doing great job so far. The new GM that will arrive this week is Greek as I am, we have worked together in the past (in RL) and I know him personally (Do not trust even yourself ®). I hope that the new staff member will do things a bit easier for all of us and a new server may become a certain future. As for the new server it will be x15-x30 full retail (like Bartz x4).

 

All the rush about x15-x20 servers nowadays has proven that customs are a curse.

5 years old. 1000-1200 online (about 300-350 offline shops). Up to 2 clients per PC. No bots at all and no donators.
