[Help] I have a problem in L2

Hey guys what's up ?

I have a problem with lineage 2. I play at L2Intense server. I log on to my account, then chose the server(that is light) and then while I am at the character menu, when I press start the game doesn't load, just stays there, I press start continuously but still nothing happens. The same is with the create button. When I play on another server the game runs ok...

I had the same problem on l2crimson,press start a couple of times and then let it load for 5-10 minutes
