that wasn't issue to open a topic for telling about Forum's load speed etc... you can tell it somewhere else except report section anyways.... as in spam topic or w/e you can.... =)

no i don't. I just told him that's not the suitable place for telling something like this, because this is a report section etc... and that's not report, that's just like discussion etc.....
