L2j is Open Source, you know the mean of that? GPL GNU License says that you'll have to share the soruce, even if you request money for it, something L2Emo don't.

Purpose server pack for money is illegal. L2J is GNU/GPL licence, EMU is breaking rules.

 

They have some stuff, but the main work is L2J / L2JFree properties, copyright and credits are broken. They do not merit to speak about them.
