Interlude modification for 2nd/3rd bar shortcuts?

Is it possible to modify files in Interlude client so you can assign shortcuts to 2nd and 3rd bar?

 

They made that option possible afterwards with the enter chat but in Interlude there is no such thing. Any ideas?

 

Also, I heard that it is possible to assign to middle mouse click the next target thingy, any1 knows how to do it?

Up for this. If anyone knows how to use 1,2,3..etc for second bar and numpad1,numpad2,etc for 3rd bar please post here. Thanks in advance.

no you can't.you need huge knowledge,the right tools (ncsoft ones),hex coding knowledge and also core side modding.
