[help]How to Patch Goddess system?

Hi all! I'm using the last release from L2Incore Team(they work with the goddess client). But in their revision(3.0) the protocol need to login ingame are changed to 401-404. I've searched in some foruns and sites but only find a russian patched system with protocol 404. But when i try to login with this open a little windows saying: "CANNOT RUN IN THIS LOCALE."

Searched again how to solve this, and some guys say that i need to change the SO language to russian. I make that, but now the client are running in backgroud and don't show his window.

I want to learn how to patch a system to try with the last korean system download by the updater. I find some programs in here but they don't work with goddess. Someone can help me with this?  ???
