Hello, Im very sorry if there is many of these posts.. but I do not find Guide to custom weapon for lineage 2 off-files C4 (only for java have found).

If this is the wrong section please send the post to the right section.

 

for example, I want to customize the "bow of halisha" so it have other color and diffrent mod on it (some spikes etc)

q, what programs i need?
