[Help] Problem with Scheme Buffer

Hi guys.I need to ask something.I downloaded a scheme buffer (from this forum).I followed the installization guide step by step

but when I try to run my server this comes up :

I don't know what "Compiled Scripts Cache is disabled" means.Can anybody help me?My server is freya.Thanks a lot
