[Help] Mysql server weird error

Recently i reinstalled my windows few days ago and then i started to install my basic stuffs and when i started to install the mysql server i had this problem who i've never had b4 :X and never seen it :X

yes i read what this error says and i'm doing it but still getting it :X

Open MySQLInstanceConfig from "Program files/MySQL/bin" and then execute "Remove Instance", before that end process your mysql.exe and of course.. then reconfig it with that I mean open "MySQLInstanceConfig" and write again your password/etc.
