Just go into Your server DB, table "npc" (or custom_npc if You have it enabled) and change in "title" column whatever title you want. Then just change "serverSideTitle" to "1" and...You are ready to go. Take care

Sorry, I didnt saw that You was looking for a color change on Your npc title :X My bad...Yeah, so go to npcname-e and change the RGB (0,1,2) color values :) I dont remember if this gonna change name+title or just name, but...just check it please :)

So if you want it to be light blue (00ffcc) it will have to be ccff00.
