Hopefully it is not just me, but the lighting (specular) for Vesper weapons don't work right. I added the EnvMap with the right specular mask, but in game it does not show (it shows it brightening on UnrealEditor). However, if I give it some weird color like pink it would show perfectly. Any reason for this?

I think it's the animation that's bugged. Since you have to move camera to a weird angle to see the specular. Any fix?

na animation is not the problem, how say before try modify UNWRAP, or you can try make new UTX for test ENVMAP work or not.
