Manor problem

I'm having this problem with the manor system.On cached windows show this message and don't show seed and crops in manor manager.

 

Error sql: exec lin_SaveManorInfo 5, 5, 0, 0, 1,  0-0-0 0:0:0  (0)

Error 42000:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]

Error converting data type varchar to datetime.

[.\ManorDb.cpp][207]Cannot Save manor info, [5]-[5][0][0]

 

The problem is in my regional setting?
