Το πιο πιθανό είναι να μην είναι σωστός ο κωδικός που έβαλες.Για να το διαβεβαιώσεις άνοιξε το cmd και γράψε αυτό.

mysql -u root -pxxxx

xxxx είναι ο κωδικός.
