Go to the forums sign up and read, it's closed beta. Accounts are premade to limit the amount of testers.

Think what you want, it's the best way to control the amount of testers. We have all the account manager pages setup, we just never released it. But if your to lazy to sign up on the forums and make a post then that's your problem.
