Check your columns.You probably need to edit the query so it matches your columns.Probably the query was written for another pack.

 

To help you a little more, check each value and each column at the same time.If you see something strange, or something missing, modify.Most commonly there is a difference in the structure.Some columns are re-arranged, or some datapacks just have a couple more columns for their modifications.
