and i made no-ip and every thing overwrite but when i try to log i can't

Try to edit your L2.ini, set the address "127.0.0.1"

no i tried to log from other pc to see if it online

If the pc is on your lan, try your lan ip ( CMD -> ip config )

Else your port is not open
