A question about unreal game engine and lineage2

As all of u know lineage2 created by ue2, i want to ask you something is it possible to mod lineage2 with udk or ue3...

 

i know ue3 or udk is inadequate for mmorpg maybe atlas technology is a better choice to create a new mmorpg but i want to know is it possible to chance lineage2 totally like textures, model, chars, animations, item, icons, login page totally but with ue3 or udk.

 

I know basic structure of lineage2 client and l2jserver so why we don't create a client mod for java servers with a new game engine.. thanks for ur answers.

2nd yes its possible

and 3rd no cause ncsoft will hunt you down and this "client" will not be able to get launched
