    In CIS region this is not considered as an altering game process donate. If you compare it russian off server this is nothing

    Soul-shock.net looks quite promising, rates x10. Server is russian but with quite good english community. Currently russian community has more than 3k users. I've tried server myself during OBT, rates look quite balanced for Gracia Final chronicles
