you can read the cangelog files inside /doc/ folder of each pack -
there was some panels in html for C4 in the past. anyway L2OFF H5 have improved retail admin panel (alt+g)

you don't need to edit client to connect to a L2J Server, just edit hosts file.

better is start now ;) so others users can give feedback and share their works with you in the forum. and later if works fine and is more complete will be committed in L2J when we start to work with GOD.
