LOL, worked on L2OFF perfectly - somewhy damage to summon reclects before it gets flagged = pk. now www.bfdr.eu admins made freezing skin self buff only ;D

I would like to find out, what "Fishing expertise" level do I have to have so that I would be able to get the greatest number of "Fish gems" (not shiny ones).. What is file "Lineage2us.ini" supposed to do? How to decode it as l2encdec can't do it?

On L2OFF I can see more and more people, who are fake hitting. I can see hit animation, even soulshots flee through my body, but no dmg, no flag. How can I do this?
