weird your problem, server files work fine. have you try install on native installation?

Verify your ILext.ini if you is using custom client protection and you don't have clientext.dll else disable it in ilext.ini

Delete your lin2world and create it again from vanganth sql script use first lin2world.sql and then apply update script.
