    Dont take it wrong m8 :) i speak always friedly :) but attributes and certification skills are Gracia Epilogue features and it have to work on gracia epilogue.

    Than you have to play on Interlude Server and not on Gracia Epilogue :)

    Its part from our client the attributes but there are much ways to for 1 player to balance the recived damage from other players with full attribute gear. Each player need only to know this ways :)
