My company is interesed in creating Lineage2 C4 Chronicle server.

The main requirements is:

1. Developer must install, run server and give us all access.

2. Developer must build and and run Web server with all basic features(Statistics, Login page, donate items). ALso the design must be C4 based.

3. The rates and gameplay must be build under x25 rates.

4. Server must have all types of protection for DDOS or other attacks.

5. VPN or VPS must be on server where Georgian people will not have lags. 

6. The main requirement, on server should be work L2Walker 

Can anyone calculate and tell price?

Hello. Which Source/Pack is best to start working nowadays? or is there a project selling one?

So i tried the first way and as I see I can't use it without a good guide cause can't complete it.
for second way I guess i need hex editor or there is a .u file editor?

Hello.

 I decided to add my server logo and plate it on lobby.

I painted Logo, created alpha chanel for it. saved as tga. DXT3, All Mi pmaps.

Then opened Unreal Engine, created  new project, imported with dxt3. on properties enabled alpha.

saved etc.

finally. i go to lobby and my logo is perfect. Just problem  is, when I set lower details on game, the logo becomes pixels. 

What did I wrong?

what is the link to include it on interface.u?

Cananyone help?
