I think your misunderstanding what he is saying. I have this same problem to. OOG works, but IG doesn't. When you log in, and try to select a server, it's almost as if the confirm button stopped working. You cannot choose a server whatsoever. And I think he means he will show you a picture, instead of he already showed you one.
