το l2npcinstance είναι java αρχείο και βρίσκεται gameserver.model.actor.instance.L2NpcInstance

data/html/και τώρα ανάλογα το npc,default-merchant-gatekeeper. Βλέπεις τα ID και πας στο αντίστοιχο html και αλλάζεις το text.
