Well, fraps is not the best option. The best option is using startmovie command (with this you create a lot of images in cstrike folder). Then you have to use VirtualDub to convert all the images into .avi uncompressed, then you edit the clips with Sony Vegas for example (moviemaker suck ><) and well... now just you have to render the video with a format and (if is need it) a codec. P.S: search with google about "startmovie", "virtualdub", "cs", etc. Sry for my english.
