Low rates are better but if your thinking about opening a server, you might want to go mid rate like 1.5x - 10x also depending on the stability of the server, if all of the game interfaces and functions are operation properly then low rates but if not everything is functioning properly, i wouldn't mind playing a server with mid to high rates to compensate for the poor programming lol

yeah I noticed that the speedhack only speeds up the client, and that it has no effect on atk speed, cooldown, flight time, etc.

Seems pretty cool, has anyone actually played this server yet? hows the stability on it?
