I don't know why you cant decript it. Maybe it is corrupted or something? What is header number? Just open it with normal notepad and you should see a normal number at the begining?

PES give me really so much fun when i play with friend ;) But 2008 was so buggy :/ TOTALLY Unplayable in Multiplayer. Every match on ping ~ 1500 - 2500 no matter on connection :/ I hope 2009 will be normal becouse now it is totally hardcore.
