i checked itemname and weapongrp and dont see anything.

Hello i have a problem with customs because when i put armors and weapons to shop i see shadow item info but when i have armor or weapon in inventory i dont see shadow item info, all is normal but how i delete this info in multisell? i give some screens. Pls help me
