[Guide] How to enable Help.htm (Nwindow.dll)

i know from the serverside most help.htm exploits work, but they have somehow disabled help.htm using this annoying l2player.exe Does anybody know what this shity encrypted app exactly does to the game? I want to tumper the memory area of nwindow.dll but it does not load ! Does anybody have any ideas ?
