u missundertanded me i want to add a skill to an armor part for example dragonic armor chest, i added through db but it isnt showing ingame, the skill isnt appearing in my skill list, what am i doing wrong?

Hi there, how can i set an active skill to a armor? I mean when u wear light, heave , robe chest to give a skill. i tried from databe but skill isnt appearing in skill list :/

Hello, i do have a problem with an armor part :/ my server doesnt has weight penalty also this armor part is grade s on SQL but when i wear it i take grade penalty i think the problem is on armorgrp. could some1 take a look on it and tell me pls? here it is:
