when i make a tp id to hellbound areas and try it with normal player it teleport him to the area and then in 1 second back to village why?

i dont think the main problem in annoucmenets when i open chr no chat example : i maked welcome scren in chat doesn't appear

i already set announce but when i login it don't send, i can send chat every thing

When i login with my chr i dont find announcements or any chat where's problem??
